I had high hopes that this was the right tree service. Unfortunately the miscommunication, lack of follow up and repeatedly sending workers to my house to do the wrong thing to the wrong tree has left me without tree protection I was promised and a hefty bill with heavy handed collection efforts. Strongly advise to find someone else to care for your trees.

We had a lot of damage to our trees after the ice storm in January. Arborist Drew Philpott truly cares about every tree and recommended the best approach to keep them in good condition. His crew did an excellent job clearing the storm debris, pruning the broken branches, and removed a tall pine tree that was precariously leaning over the house with ease. They were professional, kind, and a joy to work with. I highly recommend!

I can't say too many good things about Bartlett tree service. The crew trimmed trees branches that were overhanging our and our neighbor's roof, which worried us (after going through two tornados) Bartlett's team was professional, communicated well and were super nice. And they did the work for a reasonable price! You can't ask for better service than that.

Just had some storm damage trees trimmed and removed from our yard, and Bartlett Tree Experts did a fantastic job. A big thanks to Coty, Emily, and Stephen for their skill, kindness, and professionalism. The crew arrived ahead of time, was very swift in getting the trees taken care of, and left everything looking like it did before the arrived.
