Unfortunately, one of this company's employees was driving a box truck that collided with my vehicle. Because there was no video footage and liability could not be established, the company has denied responsibility. I was very disappointed with how my claim was handled and expected more accountability. In my opinion, a company that operates large commercial vehicles should ensure its employees are properly trained to drive them safely as well as perform their tree work. They may be tree experts but unfortunately I’ll never know as they ghosted me. I met with Ben on 5/12 (took time away from work to do so) and he said he’d be back to the internet later that day and would send an estimate for tree trimming. He never sent, will not reply to emails and no one answers their business phone.

Bartlett saved all five of my huge spruce trees, which were on a rapid decline. They've also helped salvage my ash tree, which was dropping large limbs due to an ash borer infestation. Another company told me it was simply rotting, but Bartlett could tell that wasn't the case.
