Employee of Bartlett Tree Experts rang our door bell. We were not home, and we did not initiate a visit or consult. The employee then proceeded to walk through our side gate, and walked around our back yard without permission or invitation. Super unprofessional, tried to call to express my concern and no answer. Update: I did receive an apology voicemail call back from them.

We have had Bartlett tree experts treating several diseased trees in our yard for several years. Recently one of the trees that was already “ill” was irreparably damaged in a wind storm. Bartlett responded quickly to our call, assessed the damage, and rearranged the schedule to promptly remove the tree. This was much appreciated since another storm occurred just after the crew finished their work. Bartlett was incredibly responsive and the crew did an amazing job. We are very grateful for their attention.

From the time we called Bartlett Tree Experts for a quote to the conclusion of the job, they were absolutely professional and wonderful to work with. Patrick Stansbury understood our request and needs. His crew did a fantastic job from pruning to cleanup. Over the course of many years, Bartlett has helped us maintain the shape and health of our Beni Otake, Coral Bark maple and Blue Atlas cedar. I would highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts!
