During the recent storm 2 gigantic limbs came down and blocked our front door and walk. Bartlett came within 24 hours and cleaned the mess up perfectly. The administrative coordinator was reassuring and efficiently set our minds at ease.
My neighbor hired Bartlett to remove a fallen tree, and unfortunately, the crew that came out was one of the most disrespectful work crews I’ve dealt with. They spread equipment and debris across my property without asking for permission or approaching me once to explain what they were doing. I am so grateful to Mike and his crew who took care in saving our prized, beautiful ornamental Japanese Maple that is the centerpiece of our property in northern Silver Spring.
