High quality service and excellent customer service
We were very impressed with the thoroughness and communication working with Bartlett. In particular, we had several invasive trees (ailanthus) we needed removed and had really struggled to find an arborist who was up to date on current expert guidance for dealing with the needed steps to eliminate this rhizome-based species. Bartlett rose to that call, and did a great job throughout including with stump grinding.
Last year I reached out to Bartletts “Tree Experts” to get a second opinion on an Oak that another arborist said was dying. I pointed out the region the other arborist mentioned was diseased and the expert stated that the tree was very healthy and would live for many years to come and was not actively diseased, and then quoted upwards of $1000 worth of preventative work but said nothing was urgently needed.
