Had an excellent experience with Bartlett Tree Experts. Bartlett is a well established, honest, and well run company. They are one of the larger tree companies in the area and service some of very large propeties and institutions, but they provide the same quality service and responsiveness to individual homeowners. Leadership from a great arborist. Talent and the best equipment to get the job done neat and fast. Obvious care for us, our property and the trees. Is there cheaper? Probably. Better? No.
We were very pleased with the work done and highly recommend Bartlett to anyone who needs careful tree service. Michael, the representative, and the entire tree crew were professional, courteous, efficient, and helpful. The work was started at the time agreed (8 AM) and completed in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with the trimming and the installation of cables. The representative and crew members listened to our wishes and followed through on them.
I have entrusted the beloved tree on my small city patio to Bartlett for more than 20 years. They are wonderful -- reliable, timely and very attentive.
