The quality this year has gone completely downhill since Joel Spano left. Lots of scheduling problems and lack of customer service is very apparent. Our Crape Myrtle’s are dying from an Aphid infestation. We are looking for another company. The prices for what you are now getting is beyond unacceptable! UPDATE: John and Dylan are trying to make things right. Hopefully we can get back to the service we've had for years past. This was one of the few companies we dealt with that was never a hassle.
