Bartlett provided excellent service. I have several mature trees and I reached out to them to help maintain them. I reached out to them after a negative experience with Save a Tree. Harry a certified arborist provided thoughtful insights and problem solving rather than a generic one size fits all all responses as Save a Tree had done. Our experience has been perfect! Kevin Clair is always responsive, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He is very hands-on to make sure we are happy with all the work. His team is the absolute best in the business. For example, Francisco and the rest of the crew recently cut and shaped a large Hinoki Cypress tree for us. Francisco explained everything they would do—the how and why. The Hinoki looks great! We're very fortunate to have Kevin, Francisco, Marguerite, and Sandra working with us.
There are cheaper choices but I've not found any as good as Bartlett's. They have unmatched expertise and every member of their team is a professional. My trees thrive thanks to Bartlett's.
