Every time you go in there they’re hell bent on up sales. I’m not talking about 10-20, I’m talking about 200-300. Ridiculous
Stop ripping people off & trashing their vehichles!
Fast service, but overpriced. Idk why, but to change ONE tire and an oil change ran me $200. I went to them after contacting four Wal-Mart stores and they all wouldn't change my tire because the stopped taking tickets two hours before their closing time.
RecommendedWent to 3 places...the 3rd recommended Bartlett Tire. Not only were they able to mount/balance my rear tires, they saved me almost $10 over every other place that couldn't actually do the work. Absolutely recommend them for your tire needs!!!

I’ve been to them for new tires, brakes and AC for my Mercedes Benz. I go to school in Kentucky.. but when I have a problem with my car, I come home and bring my car to Bartlett tire service because I trust them and they don’t overcharge me. Thank you guys, I really appreciate it!!
I went to BTS for years. In the last 2 years they have done aĺmost $3k of work that has been done either wrong or unnecessary. One $1,600 bill turned out to be a $15 screw that held the engine in place. I don't know what happened, but this is not the same place it was.
