Took two of our trucks in for brake changes on the same day and both came back with issues not related to the brakes. One now has a running board that won’t go up, they denied doing anything to it, the other has a stability track issue. We will not be back!
This place are full of CROOKS, THEIVES and they treat Afro Americans like DUMMIES. I replaced a thermostat the week before, the vehicle ran hot again, I went back to the shop and they said that i needed a thermostat? Or when I had an AC repair leak, they replaced the upper AC arm, put freon in it. 2 weeks later the AC went out again They said when a pressure test was performed it was not leaking, we will need a AC condensor, they wanted another $400 to repair the AC that they just repaired two weeks ago. Jerry, Matt, Hailey and staff have been extremely diligent in the efforts to repair my older Toyota Camry door handle issues. Living on fixed income is challenging for me to keep my car in good shape. Anytime I just needed air in the tires, I drove in, they would stop and help me, no charge, and send me on my way.. They have all been extremely nice and helpful in every way possible. Thank You! love those Bartlett folks!
I’m a repeat customer. They’ve always done me right. Today was above and beyond. I went in for trouble with bought elsewhere and they found a major suspension problem caused by another shop. We got the other shop to fix the problem and then I went right back to Summit to complete the job. They always treat me like a friend and take great care of my family too. I’ve never had a problem or bad experience. Their prices are fair and competitive. I highly recommend this shop.
