As is often the case, an "emergency" happens at night or over the weekend. In our case, we lost heat and hot water on Saturday afternoon and after a cold night and waking up to a cold morning and no hot water, I made the call to Bartlett & Steadman for help. Jason was very quick to call us back and very quick to come to the house. He quickly checked and identified the problem and was also quick in fixing it.
