My sales report Paddy did an excellent job explaining the process of getting my roof done. Although my insurance was trying to fight covering an entire new roof, Paddy was there to explain to the insurance adjuster that my shingles were discontinued and the damage was too extensive and an entire new roof was necessary. I was very pleased with the entire process of getting my roof replaced. Dylan did a great job helping me through the process and I was informed of expectations and timing all the way through. The crew that did the work really went the extra mile to get it done when they said they would and did a great job cleaning up. I would recommend Bartlett Roofing to anyone needing a new roof

Paddy, Keaola and their team with Bartlett Roofing are responsible for the sturdy beautiful renovation of my roof! Previously, I submitted a request to my insurance company for new shingles due to wind and water damage. They sadly denied my claim. Paddy and Keaola did not accept the unreasonable insurance denial. They resubmitted the claim with irrefutable evidence for new roof tiles, repair, and received full approval.
