Dr. Alan, nurses Melody, Sarah, and Nathan, plus all of the staff I came in contract with made me feel so at ease and explained everything clearly. If I had to get sick away from home, I couldn't have picked a better hospital! �
I am thankful for Bartlett regional hospital, their nurses and doctors are the best around. I have had two colonoscopies, a knee surgery shoulder surgery, gallbladder and appendix removed. All done here in Juneau by very capable and skillfully trained surgeons.
My husband recently had to be admitted in the CCU then moved upstairs before his surgery. We were there the day before Thanksgiving until Friday. All the staff in his entire visit was excellent! Everyone was very friendly, informative, professional and understanding. They even made sure I was comfortable! The emergency room staff on the other hand....almost all of them are very rude and very unprofessional.
