True to his name, Jay Bartlett is a master of his craft. From beginning to end he made the process of purchasing wedding bands very easy for us to navigate. He listened to our ideas, steered us back on course if we deviated from our budget, and in the end was able to produce some truly timeless pieces. I was very impressed with Bartlett Master Jewellers. My partner proposed to me with his late mothers engagement ring which is about 37 years old and we took it here for a check up and clean. I could not believe how well they polished it up. Very friendly service and will definitely be coming back here for future cleans.
I’d like to thank Jay Bartlett for the beautiful recreation of my wedding rings. After years of original set breaking & needing constant mending, they ended up tucked away in a draw. Jay redesigned them using the original diamonds & turned my yellow gold to rose gold. They are now beautiful & sturdy. Thanks Jay, I’m so happy with them.
