For the last 10 years I have been going to Bartlett Master Jewellers for remodelling and repairs. Kim and the team have given new life to broken and worn, but very sentimental jewellery and created spectacular pieces for me. I cannot recommend them highly enough as they are reliable, honest, extremely talented and very reasonably priced for impeccable and inventive work.
After my diamond came loose in it setting I called and asked how long it would take to tighten the claws. I had been advised 2-3 weeks elsewhere. I spoke with the 2 lovely men in store who said they could have it done the next day. I was due to go away so they went above and beyond to have it done within the day!
