A couple years ago I was driving my boyfriend's van while he was out of the state. One night I locked the keys in the van and the other set was almost 1,000 miles away in my boyfriend's posession. I called Bartlett's (where he purchased the van) at 4:55 pm. The lady at Bartlett's was so nice- she called my boyfriend to verify that I could pick up the key and then she stayed open late so that I could make the 15 minute drive. Floyd is the last of the great salesmen. He is informed, and won't push you into anything. I got good service from them, I just wish they had what I was looking for when I need it.
