Cathy and her crew at Bartlett Brainard Products have once again proven why they are the premier home remodelers in West Hartford. Our 30 year old deck had seen better days and with Cathy's input we came up with an improved design that would require minimal maintenance, better function, and look great. This was our 3rd project with Bartlett-Brainard. As we committed to this, their sales person measured the space and took notes. Then a week or so later, their carpenter came out to measure again. “Measure twice, cut once” like school shop classes. They gave us an estimated approximate time to have the sliding door unit manufactured and then their schedule. As the time got closer, I reached out to them and them to me. From my first meeting with Cathy to get an estimate for new windows in my home to the completed project, the process with Bartlett Brainard was easy and seamless. The quality of work and craftsmanship of the crew was outstanding. The installers were so meticulous with every detail especially the outside trim work. Bartlett Brainard did a fabulous job on the exterior of my home! The project included new roofing, siding, gutters, and several window replacements. We were reluctant to replace our cedar siding with vinyl, but we worked closely with Bartlett to achieve a look that is both aesthetically pleasing - and maintenance free. Their trim and carpentry work was excellent and their craftsmen are very responsible and professional. I highly recommend the Bartlett Brainard Products Co.
