Ordering is easy getting the packages I ordered seems to be the problem, they don’t update you on when your order is shipping or why they had to split and order and only send a partial. The least a company can do is let the customer know that maybe the stuff you ordered was back ordered and when they can expect the product to come in or whatever the reason may be. I can only speculate as they don’t let you know.
I bought a pair of Bartlett’s K-1 Ice Cleats last Christmas and absolutely loved them for their versatility and durability. I work year round on the road and need to be in and out of a car, so the cleats are great for driving since they’re much easier to remove than other ice cleats I’ve seen out there. Bartlett’s website was very misleading to me - I’ve spent more time than I care to admit trying to use the website trying to take advantage of deals clearly posted on their website only to find out after talking to technical support that the deal wasn’t real anymore and they’d just accidentally left the page live. False advertisement isn’t great.
