As a very long time customer of Bartlet, I agree with many of the bad reviews. Their policys are TERRIBLE. I have all recites/documents to PROVE these people "Chris" is incompetent. But instead of contacting me over the phone for these things like he did when he had good news for me just a few days before about a rope refund, he simply sent me a long winded E Mail telling me that I wasted my time running around town looking for a printer to print their return label out, because he changed his mind out of the clear blue sky, ... read more
this is why I always shop with you guys, everytime I call, I get to talk to one of your climbers if I need be. Everytime I order something it's fast and affordable, and very helpful everything whenever I have questions. So thank you!
Extremely helpful staff and will even send you somewhere else if it makes sense and is better. Order your gear on their website and they ship for free. Good people.
