I'm a retired veteran and former VHA health technician. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this clinic. The front desk staff are anything but helpful. They see any request for help as an inconvenience. Providers don't even bother to show up to see patients. Everything is done by video conference while the doctor is sitting at their home or office in Tulsa. I find that very impersonal and unprofessional. We deserve better than this.
This out patient office is a joke doctors that may, may last three months! You can’t refill prescriptions if you do see a doctor it’s a nurse practitioner. That’s not a doctor. That’s a nurse that works under a doctor! Wast of time. Everything is referred to Tulsa.and the clinic has no bus going to Tulsa. If you have disabilities like mine I now need a ride to my appointment thanks to the non I’ve stopped trying to get travel pay because my healthy vet keeps crashing. I am re writing my review on this place. The last one obviously didn't work. I have never been to a place that was so self absorbed, overzealous, and incompetent. And that says a lot because I've been to about every doctor known to man over the issues I have. I don't care about travel pay, from now on I'm driving myself to OKC. The optometrist in this place said that I have perfect 20/20 vision, and I can't see a speed limit sign from two car lengths away. Poor experience on 5-6 occasions. This facility lacks leadership which is why the doctors turn over constantly and the process to see someone requires you to call an offshore call center and explain your needs to see someone, have them transfer you to a scheduling rep on site who asks you to explain again, then they decide to either have you see a nurse or not by video appointment.
