I took my 16 year old daughter to this facility for ear pain/infection. My daughter has 2 insurances, one is soonercare and then also private blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance as well. The lady at the front desk told me her soonercare was not active and that she couldn't take the information off the card, unless I had the card in hand, bc she had to scan it. I have never been more disappointed than I was today. I will never use Bartlesville Urgent Care again in Bartlesville. The staff was rude, hateful and had an attitude. We were there for a physical and the whole process took about an hour.....we were the only ones there. The nurse got frustrated with us and left the room for 20 minutes to go "cool off". Very unprofessional.
I do not have a primary care physician at the moment as my old doc moved away. So I have been here a couple of times and even brought my husband in when he was sick. I have read the negative reviews, but I have to say that has not been my experience at all! I think the calm and casual atmosphere is refreshing. I feel like I can be a normal human in there. Short wait, nice people. Much better than a huge hospital emergency room, where you have to wait on heart patients and such.
