Yesterday a retirement center had to call for an ambulance. The lady was new to the center and had fallen. My grandmother was just checking on her when one of the EMT guy was so rude and hateful to my grandma. I received the call about it. I had to stop what I was doing to go check on my grandma. Not only was my grandmother crying and upset when I got there but also the people who heard this guy talk to my grandmother like he did where upset also.
