My experience with Bartle l& Gibson left me shaking my head on several levels. I purchased taps and paid to have them installed - the stopper didn't hold water. I was offered a different style stopper but decided to upgrade the entire tap. Had the installer come back only to find that the cold water line inside the tap had a leak. Lady assumed i was someone i wasnt. Bought and paid for product. When i called to see if it was in i told her who i was. She the raised the price. I took a refund.
Nice stuff but disappointing customer service. Ready to close up shop 20 minutes before closing, and wants to be sure you want to purchase before they pull anything down off a high shelf.
