Excellent customer service at Bartle & Gibson Plumbing Heating in Fort McMurray. Shawn took the time to explain all my options in a way that was easy to understand, without trying to upsell me. I had about as bad of an afternoon as one could have attempting a do it yourself plumbing project! The day ended with hands down the best service I have ever had anywhere in Fort McMurray for anything! This is not a shot at Canadian Tire but I went there first and bought the wrong parts and ended up with a disaster, water everywhere, main water to the house shut off and the old parts busted! Really great small town customer service. Miles ahead of the big box stores!
I called to get a quote and the man that picked up the phone was cold, mannerisms leaves much to be desired. Are these people for customers or for their poor attitude? If you can not assist the customer to get a quote, then what's your purpose? I will go to Wolseley or Emco. At least they respect customers and know how to offer great service. Wish I could give zero stars
