Wonderful customer service!!!! They went above and beyond to ensure that a beautiful arrangement was delivered despite an error I made with the address. They caught the error I made and reached out to me when they discovered the intended recipient was not at the address that I had provided. They made a second trip to deliver the arrangement to the correct address! Thank you for your kindness!
After being referred by the funeral home, I called Barths and told the florist what I needed and to add a sash to the arrangement I picked. The arrangement turned out beautiful. The roses were so full and perfect. It looked almost identical to the online pictures. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
