Saved the day – We had a excavated hole for a foundation for a high rise building and a unmarked water line was damaged earlier that day, the onsite security officer called us and we then called Barco and they responded within a hour and help set up the eq, the president of the company even came and helped roll hoses out and showed us how to use the pumps.
Not very reliable!! – We rented some pumps from them. They stopped working and it took days before it was up and running again! The service guy didnt know how to fix it and had to take it back to the shop to have it repaired because as he stated "he didnt know what to do!" When it was brought back, the guy was very rude and basically just dropped it where ever he parked. We were very displeased with the service and stopped all business with this company!!
