Service is long gone ! – Such a same the poor service this company is delivering now ! Called over a week ago for an A/C tune up and got an APPOINTMENT for a week later. waited until 4pm for them to finally show up for my APPOINTMENT, to have them add freon and say we will bill you !!! are you kidding me! Where is my tune up I waited all day for..the response I got from Mike was too many air conditioning issues and tune ups were put on the back burner..SO we do away with the service so we can make more money from MORE custom... read more
Prices are double or triple manufacturers' list prices – Their price for a Moen shower replacement cartridge was almost triple Moen's list price which added more than $100 to the bill. Their service was fast and the service person was very good. But more than $200 for a 25 minute service call feels extremely excessive. The president of the company promised to refund the excess charge but never did.
