Absolute trash. Most dishonest group of people I have ever dealt with. DO NOT JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION OF THIEVES. They tell you the trade currency is $1US to $1 Trade, but when members do not participate, they are worthless. Have had thousands in trade currency sitting in my account which has now been stolen by Bartercard until I pay "cash fees" which I do not owe. Christy came in to my office and lied directly to me about waiving the fees and now denies ever saying that she did. Paying to be a victim of this scam is the WORS... read more

I have been a Bartercard member since they first came to the US. It is the best decision I could have made as a small business owner. It cuts down my cash expenses for important business needs such as printing, marketing and advertising. If there is something I'm looking for, my trade broker will help me find it. I also use my trade $ to treat myself to some indulgences I normally won't spend cash on. Dinner, hair appointments, massages; I'm even planning a trip to Mexico through barter! I'm a member of Bartercard and it's a great thing. We have a network here in charleston of about 500 members who connect with one another and this is very good for small business. I own a cabinetry company and it was a very good move for us to join!
