I would not recommend doing business with Barter Holdings based on my experience. We purchased a 2008 Ford F-150 that was represented to us as being mechanically sound. When we looked at the truck, we did not notice any leaking fluid. However, shortly after we got the truck home, we noticed fluid near the rear passenger wheel well. I was sold a car they were trying to sell for $2000 above Kelly blue books recommended value. I talked them down to the market price. Now 6 months later, the engine is stalled. They had kindly flushed the oil just before I took a look at it. I never saw the metal flakes until it was too late. They have no honor system.
