I was sold a car they were trying to sell for $2000 above Kelly blue books recommended value. I talked them down to the market price. Now 6 months later, the engine is stalled. They had kindly flushed the oil just before I took a look at it. I never saw the metal flakes until it was too late. They have no honor system.
