Bartel has been our family plumber for over 10 years. My old Dad splits his outdoor shower pipe every year and Bartel just does his thing. Someday, we'll learn how to drain the shower pipes properly so we can call Bartel for a different plumbing fix!

Bartle's is pretty quick and does good work. Rick can find affordable ways to fo repair and advise when things need replacement. He takes care of all our plumbing and heating repsirs. A personal side note: in this age of plastic "PEX" plumbing, I continue to prefer copper. There's something reassuring about it and a beauty in it. Although often hidden, Rick's copper work is neat and quite honestly a pleasure to look at.

This firm did the plumbing for a major renovation in my home in Brewster. With our first emergency, on a weekend we had.a leaking pipe We called them, only to be told that one plumber was out of town, and the other was incapacitated with a bad back, so I was just out of luck. No attempt was made to find someone to cover for them. But perhaps more important, with the work they did, the could not come to an agreement with the building inspector on their heating calculations, never told me and never rectified.
