My mom and I always take our cars here. I always take mine for oil changes and mostly any repairs needed. Everyone that works there is so nice and helpful.
Very welcoming and friendly staff. Quick yet thorough service. They offered to pick up/bring back my car. I’ve never heard of such a thing and truly amazed by it. I highly recommend this auto shop.
NOT THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE. Truck was towed there. Asked for assistance with my extended warranty. Intead of taking the wheel off and showing the warranty company the damage and work needed. They sent pictures of the body damage from a recent accident i had which caused the warranty company to evaluate my vehicle at a very low price causing me much stress. My dad(80 years old) went here to have his vehicle looked at for a transmission issue. Found out it costs $7,000,he decided not to have it repaired. They pressured him alot to fix it along with harassing him with 2 emails, 2 phone calls and 2 text messages about it. So we won't be returning here. So Bartells,if a customer doesn't want work done stop harassing them,and now you have a bad review!!!. This doesn't even deserve 1 star. You need to re train your staff on better customer service.
