Everyone I came in contact was friendly, and showed me respect at all times. They explained what issues my car was experiencing with photos, and discussed the pros and cons of doing the repair at that time. I have never felt pressured, and my questions are answered completely.
Excellent and reliable service for the past 10 years I have been going to Bartels! We are a one car family, and when our one vehicle is disabled, it is super disruptive. They are always thoughtful about this, working efficiently and offering rides to and from the shop.
Bartel's Auto Clinic quickly determined the issue with my car which was a battery replacement and they also did a complete inspection. I highly recommend them.
