Came in to get my break pads replaced. Ivan and John were super helpful and even identified a few other issues during the free bumper to bumper inspection. I will definitely be back for future maintenance.
Bartels auto shop in Oswego is one of the best repair shops around. I came in with an issue on my jeep and they were caring and thoughtful with the issue and resolved it in less than an hour. What an amazing team I cannot say enough about how great this place is. Bring your car here for ANY ISSUE!
I cannot say enough good things about Bartel's in Oswego! From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Steve was my technician and he was very thorough and transparent about what needed to be done. He even showed me the car once it was lifted to exp... read more
I have been going to this location for years, and not once have I had a bad experience! Everyone is kind and professional, and communication is consistent (love the videos that they send of any issues of concern that they find). Special shout out to Cooper, John and Colton for being patient with me while I debated on how to proceed with big repairs on my older vehicle! I truly appreciate it. I will be back in with my new car for sure!! :)
