Hands down the most professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff I've ever dealt with! I can't say enough pleasant things about Bartel's. I won't go anywhere else. Great work, fair prices and follow-up communication was superb.

Took my 2017 Trax to Bartel's for an air conditioning issue. I am always very impressed with how I am treated. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Bartel's is my go to auto shop for all of my car repair needs.
Please don't go here. I had my motor replaced and a few other repairs. I ended up paying them more than $10k for everything just for them to say they couldn't fix it and could have it junked for me @ $300 with a new motor. I know a few neighbors who had issue after issue and eventually had to junk their vehicles as well. Also a few Uber and Lyft drivers who were duped. These shops are robbing people legally.
