At no part of this appointment did I feel heard or seen, from the moment I walked in the from door. Not one single hello from the desk lady or the nurse that came and got me. Dr Bartell came in and assumed he knew what I was there for, didn’t let me explain the full story of why I was there, and continuously cut me off. I brought up another concern of mine and he laughed saying it was an unnecessary procedure before I could fully explain why I was brining it up. Dr. Smith and his team were amazing, and very helpful on my first visit! Grateful to have found a good ENT.
Went in twice, and dr. Thad Bartell charged me 250 per visit to only give me steroid medication to help me come off nasal sprays. In the end, i needed surgery. This doctor will squeeze you to get your money.
