I've been picking up my prescriptions here for over a year... A lot of the pharmacy techs are helpful towards me but are also clearly dealing with a workload above their paygrade. Most of my prescriptions can be routinely picked up without a hitch, but I have one that I need to take weekly and can only pick up in ten week intervals. The staff is nice, but I've gone multiple days without my Continuous Glucose Monitor because I get told for days on end "it should be here tomorrow" I shouldn't have to order my refill 2 weeks in advance to make sure I have a CGM. Why they don't keep such a common diabetic item on hand (Freestyle Libre) at all times is beyond me. RiteAid's management has destroyed Bartell.
The pharmacist and pharmacy staff are helpful, friendly, and in my experience go above and beyond.
