Extremely rude and incompetent.
They literally never answer their phones - I’ve called 5 times in the span of 2 days where I’ve been on hold infinitely. Never gotten through to anyone.
I want to point out that this pharmacy, my local pharmacy is better than so many of them in the area! Their in person customer service is sometimes not the best but that boils down to an individual or two that just needs to be a little more respectful and go the extra mile! Even if it seems that old people who need their pills are just a pain in the ass!
