Bartels pharmacy as a whole is terrible. Nothing but issues no matter which one I go to. Dr. Called a rx in on Wednesday I walked in to pick it up Friday at 6pm and they said they needed 20 minutes to put it together and as always Bartels signature rude staff.
This is a very slow pharmacy. I'm writing this review as I'm waiting by the counter. The person at the pickup has extremely low attention span, management do something.
This pharmacy is technically a 3 from how their overall business/corporation is run and efficiencies associated. BUT I’m giving it a 5 star review because of gems like Christine Ihara at the pharmacy, who is always kind, always trying to get my orders correct and timely and can even remember my name and birthday by just facial recognition. She’s a gem. Bartell is lucky to have someone so kind, efficient and caring!!!!
This is my go to pharmacy and has been a good experience whenever I go in. Today was different. I went in for a refill pick up of test strips which I am using for Gestational Diabetes in Pregnancy. But they had Metformin for refill instead, to which the pharmacist said she could put it on hold, which was helpful. And she offered to refill test strips instead, which was in stock.
