3/8/2024 Bartell's pharmacy on 19th in Everett putting people on hold without asking, leaving a person on hold 10-15 minutes, assuming asking the technician their name as confrontational and refusing to give it, going through 3 technicians and not talking to a manager when requested to find out that yes they do have your prescription and it can be ready in an hour what can I say besides the corporate office is my next call.
The Bartells at Redondo is wonderful. I come from Federal Way to their pharmacy. The service is excellent and I love the store
