They are in the process of closing down 😞 😭😭😭
The pharmacist and the staff are all very helpful and nice. The pharmacist even suggested to me about taking probiotics while I'm on my medication and she is the only pharmacist I know that suggested me that. Keep up the good work!
The attitude of the pharmacy staff I've dealt with at this Bartell's location is generally apalling. Even when there are no other customers in the store, they're dismissive, show no empathy towards you and have a disgraceful bedside manner. They apparently don't realize customers don't come to a pharmacy for fun - people go because they need something for their health and well-being. This is a 0 star review. Unreliable. Neither able to follow up on a refill request nor inform me that they are not able. After dealing with this exact situation 4 weeks ago, they assured me it would get handled. It wasn't and I discovered for the 2nd time that they had dropped the ball without informing me.
