I never write reviews but Bartell’s is exceptionally terrible. The pharmacists never pick up calls and the store closes whenever they see fit. I am on a medication that, if abruptly stopping it, has the risk of withdrawals! I have only 2 doses left and I have to rush to another pharmacy ways away from UW just so that I can get my medication! I also experienced the most unprofessional customer service ever here. Unfortunately, this store has closed and the sign doesn't indicate a reopening date. I know it struggled with theft (the Ave is pretty rough). I feel sorry for the situation.
I don’t know what’s happening at this location but it seems to be ok the verge of a black hole, cataclysmic nightmare. It’s often randomly shut for the day, most the aisles are empty, there are random holes in the floor and ceiling. It’s. Creepy.
Hours on Google were incorrect so I showed up on Sunday and it was closed but Google maps said open, then the updated hours were also wrong and said open 8am-8pm Mon-Fri when it doesn't open til 10. Now I need go decide whether to be late to class or not pick up my medication. Please make your hours accurate!
