Well, we'd be at zero stars if that were an option. We loved this Bartells. Unfortunately, it now operates basically like an irritating scam. The lines are long. They have almost nothing on their shelves, and what they do have is chaotic and unpredictable. The lines at the pharmacy are frequently long, and often they haven't filled your prescription - so you have to wait again for that. They also don't answer their phone. **THIS LOCATION IS CLOSING. TRANSFER YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS ELSEWHERE!!** never had this problem with this pharmacy until now, but ive been trying to call them all day at different times to ask about my prescription fill that was sent in on Thursday and it's just left ringing for however long i can stand to sit there :( just want my medication, hasn't shown up in the portal yet like it always does so i know it hasn't been filled even though its been almost a week. thankfully i still have a couple pills left. might have to just g... read more
