I called trying to find out the pharmacy hours and the AI on the phone was incredibly unhelpful and would not let me inquire about the hours without giving my date of birth. I should not have to give out my personal information just to ask a question about store hours. remove the AI from the phone and have a real person answer.
It's no longer our beloved Bartells but now a CVS. They were lacking in Christmas wrapping paper and ribbon or festive containers for cookies. I was very disappointed. The store is not laid out well to easily find some products. I miss Bartells carrying local products such as Fran's chocolates and other items. We love to support local products and businesses. Do better.
Staff wasn't helpful. Pharmacy person was difficult.
Don’t bother. Location has been going downhill for years. Now that they’re shuttering, it seems like they don’t even care about making sure prescriptions get filled or following up on problems. I’ve never been so happy to see a business go under, and I’d avoid using a pharmacy in the future if I found out they hired anyone that used to work here.
Slowly improving Bartell from covid slow down. Soon to be renamed CVS. Still not fully restocked but conveniently located.
