Just had a horrible experience with the pharmacy. I had some medication ordered that I needed to pick up urgently. When I asked them at the desk, they said they were out but that I could go to the Safeway across the street and have them call. When I did that, I was informed by the Safeway that they would need to be contacted by Bartells first. So I had to go back to the Bartells, wait in line again, and then tell them to call the Safeway. A whole box of toy cars online costs $9.99, but they're selling them each for $12.99. I know the prices in stores are higher than online, but this store is way overpriced. And ALL SALES FINAL!
My partner works here. I like it well enough. They are changing over to being a CVS in September.
