I’ve had a great experience with Bartan Kitchenware. Vikas provided phenomenal customer service and always answered my queries promptly. I have ordered twice from their website and I will highly recommend them to everyone
This shop is terrible. I purchased a water flask and after 3 months it failed. it can no longer be used. I asked Shop assistant which I believe was owner for a refund and he said no he has to send the unit away after he had a major failure. I explained to him under Australian consumer law, I’m entitled to refund and he said that he needs to send it away he also threatened me and said that I would no longer be able to shop at his store any longer. My advice is stay away from this shop
I ordered a canister set online & one had a faulty lid. Sent them an email with a photo and heard nothing back. No apology. No resolution. I wont shop here again. I dont recommend this business. Disappointed.
