Experienced bladder cancer and had a very professional and caring experience.
During a routine cystoscopy I was given a bacterial infection that required further treatment. Being a former bladder cancer survivor I've had several of these treatments from another facility and never had an incident. The unsterile conditions at this Doctors clinic caused the issue. But when I requested relief for the 'out-of-pocket' expenses I incurred from the unsterile procedure I was told the Doctors could not provide that courtesy. Very unprofessional and bad customer service!
