They will try and sell you an entire new unit rather you need it or not.called them out to look at the overall health of our 17 year old Ac unit. Running fine. Was a small leak in the air handler we were curious about however. We mention. On a call 2 minutes in” you need a new unit. What??!! I almost canceled right there but we went ahead and wasted the 89.00 for Matt to show up and point out nothing that leads to a replacement.
