Sherri and the technician were awesome. A quick quote and an appointment was scheduled for afternoon and he showed up on time and knew exactly what he was doing. 45 minutes, no wasted time and he was done. Fair pricing and quality work. When they say they aim for customer satisfaction, they truly do! I was fearful my unit was going to fail during the cold snap as it was making some awful noise and they were able to pinpoint and solve quickly. I will definitely use them again.
I have been using this company for 10 years and have purchased 2 AC systems from them. Their customer service is excellent. Sherri is always pleasant and knowledgeable. If I have a problem, they come out immediately and fix it. I am in a condo where the space for the unit is tight and the HOA has rules. The techs deal with it. Never a complaint.
