Kourtney Day is an employee at Barstow Professional Management she has missed my payments for April and June 2023. Is she missing anyone else’s payments? I received a bill stating I have not paid for June. I paid $282.00 on June 2, 2023. I hope you’re more careful about my payments in the future, this is highly poor service and inconvenience as well a waste of my time
We moved in so fast after the previous tenet moved out, they didn't have time to fully prepare the home. They fixed some things after we moved in, which was fine with us. We lived in the home happily for 3 years without any issues. When we moved out, the deposit refund check BPM mailed was stolen from my new home's mailbox (not BPM's fault). After 6 months, the money was recovered from the bank thanks to BPM's persistence.
