If you are a military spouse looking for a PCM do not book here for several reasons: 1. We booked with Dr. Basa, and when we got there they told us she was booked out for 2 months, but could assign us another doctor. 2. Our appointment was scheduled for 1000, but was not seen until 1200. They told us after our appointment they would send a referral to Tricare the same day we were seen, but it never happened. Awful customer service. The protocol they established is to call from your car when you arrive. I called and was put on hold and I waited for 10 minutes and then my call was hung up. Its crazy how some people are lazy and just don't want to do their job. so instead of going there I went to the urgent care which is located within the plaza and what do you know?? there is no nonsense protocol like that there and they seen me quickly and the customer service was exemplary, Barstow family care needs to take some notes from them ... read more
