I just wanted to acknowledge that Preston, I believe is his name, 19 year old kid, came to my home to slaughter my pig that had been our pet for 5 years, and he was the most polite and respectful person I could've wanted for this job. I was very heartbroken over the decision to do this, but he definitely made the process easier. He treated my pig very respectfully, allowed me to take my time with him, say my final words and so forth. He never made him feel scared or threatened in any way. Outstanding quality and selection - wild caught seafood, pork links (various flavor), sausage, chicken, awesome steaks, wague beef, venison, bison and ELK. Locally baked sourdough, local honey, locally made pickles. Exceptional quality. ENJOY!
Truth pricey , but must remember quality over cheaper..... Great sirloin, ribeye, dont forgot bacon !
