Awesome class, great instruction, challenging, but accessible.
I have been going to BarSculpt once a week for the past 18 months - and it never fails to challenge me - I have added it to my fitness routine to mix it up - it's a FABULOUS way to get strengthening, toning, stretching and endurance all in one 45 minute class ❤️ As an older woman in her 60's , I have to say - these classes make me feel young again ! The staff is welcoming and encouraging to ALL ages, genders, body types and fitness levels. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
