RecommendedDr Bausch did perfect clean surgery on my cat Luna Sept 11 2018 for aggressive feline injection site sarcoma. She is a happy healthy 14 yo cat today. Grateful. Entire staff kind and helpful.
I’ve had 3 dogs that I entrusted Gary with and at my dog’s last day he was not working as usual. Maybe it’s time to be honest and stop gouging people for things that you don’t check and charge them for(she had an ear infection I asked him to check and said nothing was wrong, she had a ear infection)!!! Unprofessional. Does not care about people's time and money. Will justify issues by ignoring them or brushing over them. I worked at the best and only emergency animal hospital in Washington DC, ( partnerships with the secret service and zoo....every type of doctor from oncology to internal medicine) and their efficiency at Barsch is lacking. there are always openings, flexibility in scheduling and punctual appointments. however, it isn't very personal. the doctor has called my dog a 'he' multiple times (she is a girl) and once almost accidentally gave her a shot she already had. said he grabbed the wrong file. thankfully i was paying attention and was able to say she had that shot last time. your vet should care for your fur baby as you do. i do not feel like my fur baby is truly cared for here. too much carelessness
