I really wanted to like this dentist but their billing practices are unethical. They initially gave me an extremely high quote on some work. I chose to have a large portion of the work done elsewhere for 1/3rd of the price. Came back to have my cleaning and they asked if anything had changed so I told them I had a few things fixed. This place is great! I hadn’t been to a dentist in 10 years so I was very nervous. The staff was so kind, patient, and made me feel heard. The space is very clean. I am now a regular patient and I have no more cavities! The staff is really, really friendly and polite. Dr. Barsanti is very fast, efficient, and nice! Honestly, nobody enjoys going to the dentist- the pain, the fear, the cost!!- but I’m happier knowing the staff is taking good care of me and prioritizing my concerns.
Dr. Barsanti and her staff provide excellent dental care. Their dedication to dental health starts with clear and expert guidance and tools for self care. When surgery such as crowns, fillings or other procedures are needed, Dr. Barsanti is exceptional in her skills and competence. She and her colleagues, Kristen and Julie at my last few appointments, work as a dedicated patient focused team.
