Sold me a Pacific Coach Works ECON 18RBS Trailer. I liked it but I was the primary user at the time. Now since I got married we have found several major faults. Cabinet doors should have been installed reversed. The slide out dining area should have been designed to facilitate bed conversion. Access to the storage under the dining area should have been adjusted to make access easier. There was no thought given to converting the dining area to a bed. i bought a trailer last month. Barrys RV has the best customer service hands down. The value was also great. I highly recommend this place for your next RV purchase
On Monday of last week as we were getting ready to leave our camp ground our automatic levelers would not retract. Our owners manual was next to useless. We called Barry’s RV and Joe helped us get the system reset so we could get on the road. The amazing thing about the service was we did not buy our RV at Barry’s. My sister called them because my brother purchased his RV through them and he said they were great to work with. I agree. Thanks again Joe you were awesome.
After going here I wouldn’t buy anywhere else everyone was awesome Barry, Doug, Kelly and Mike in service thanks again guys!
