I did my first Barry's class a couple weeks back. Jela was our instructor, and she was amazing! She pushed us and supported us through the workout. It was challenging and fun! Jela told me to expect to be sore the next day - well, she was right (I was happily sore for a couple of days after). A truly enjoyable workout. It was such a positive space and experience. I highly recommend Barry's and Jela! I will be back.
I booked a 6am weekday workout via CkassPass and did the Red Room for 45min. Before the class, I was given a quick intro to Barry’s and the class itself and where to go to start. They also had mints, hair ties and ear plugs - take the ear plugs! If you’re an oldie like me you’ll need them in the class! The class was great from beginning to end.
