I just moved up from LA and have been to a bunch of Barry’s locations before, but Palo Alto really stands out. Seth is 20/10 - if he is not in charge of programming yet; put him in, coach! I’ve been attending his Thursday class regularly at Palo Alto for about 4 months and can confidently say that my core feels tighter, my legs and glutes feel stronger, and my lower back pain has decreased exponentially. The gym and workout is fine. 2 stars because I went for a 3 workout trials and now they keep spamming me with emails that I did not sign up for. I even unsubscribed but they keep coming. Very unprofessional
