Great class and easy to understand. I was an out of towner just popping in for a class and it was just what I wanted.
This studio is spacious and has a good vibe. Take Sam Marshall's class; she is energetic, her class is challenging and fun, and she is super welcoming.
Fun workouts, even for an old lady like me! I love Barry's! Jose and Amy are GREAT!
