The only place to go for jewelry valuations and sales. Very friendly staff that make you feel welcome as soon as you enter. Corinna was an absolute **diamond ** to deal with. I got more for my pieces than I ever imagined. I have been a few times now and I highly recommend 💚
Ruby was one of the best associates I have ever worked with in my life. Her commitment to making my engagement feel special was so appreciated. Right from the beginning she was super understanding of my time crunch and did everything she could to accommodate it (including custom work)! I never once felt out of the loop or wondering what was going on, she kept constant communication with me to make it the least stressful wait imaginable. Thanks Ruby! My now husband went in to see Cindy to get my engagement and wedding ring and they both overdid themselves! I am still in awe of my ring and overwhelmed how beautiful they turned out. Cindy took my dream ring and over did it!
Recently had a custom pendant made using the sapphire from an outdated ring. It turned out fabulous. Susanne, the Custom Designer was truly a pleasure to work with, and gave great care and attention to all details (no matter how small). I feel I got great value for the scrap from my old ring to cover the cost of polishing the old sapphire which now looks like a brand new gemstone.
