My husband and I recently had an excellent experience with Susana Hernandez at Barry's Jewellers. I wanted to replace a ring I'd had for many years and which I was upset to have lost. Susana made me feel very comfortable. She was most kind, friendly and respectful. She designed a ring almost identical to the original, incorporating some small changes I requested. The process was collaborative throughout. My new ring is beautiful; we're extremely pleased with it.
Recently my wife and I worked with Susana at Barry's Jewellers, designing an earrings/necklace set and a ring to commemorate milestone events. We are thrilled with the pieces, and we want to thank Susana for her patience and her creative inspiration during this process. She was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her to others considering this approach.
We have been clients of Barry’s for quite some time and have always been very pleased with the service I decided to have my wife’s engagement ring reset as a birthday gift I met with Susanna to discuss design and was incredibly pleased with everything she came up with The final product was beyond what we were hoping for My wife was so pleased We can’t thank you enough for how we were taken care of and of course how the ring turned out
Barry’s Jewellers has once again provided an amazing experience. I took my favourite bracelet in for a small repair after it broke, and they fixed it expeditiously and to mint condition. The team was so friendly and the experience was outstanding as usual. Would highly recommend to anyone who is purchasing new favourites, or fixing items they love and want to keep enjoying.
