James is one of the most well-rounded instructors I’ve taken—great energy, thoughtful programming, and strong attention to pacing. As a longtime marathon runner, I’ve especially noticed improved upper body strength from his classes, which has been a great complement to my training. He also makes the room feel engaging and personal, even in larger classes. And the mid-90s playlists don’t hurt. Always a class I look forward to.
I had a horrible experience here with the front desk. I had lost my Apple Watch and had called knowing that it was located in the Barrys locker room. I’d ask for some help locating it from the front desk lady, and the front desk was very short with me, did not look, and had no kind or helpful disposition. All they said was “it would be turned in if found”.
